PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house corresponding to a plurality of households in which a high sound insulation performance can be ensured on dry parting walls with which one wide house is divided and individualized, without giving an impression of the presence of an opening which enables habitants to come and go mutually.;SOLUTION: A house 1 is formed from a plurality of habitable spaces 3, 4, 5 which are available as individual houses and parted by dry parting walls. A parting wall 6 parting e.g., the habitable spaces 3, 4 includes an opening (m) in one portion thereof, and the opening (m) is closed by a removable dry parting wall 8. A storage chamber 21A is provided which brings the removable dry parting wall 8 into a part of an inner wall surface, and the storage chamber 21A includes an opening/closing door at a side of the one habitable space 3. Differently from a structure or the like which is closed by a locked door, the dry parting wall 8 does not give a habitant an impression of the presence of an opening part, which enables habitants to go and come mutually between neighboring rooms, on the dry parting wall 6 parting the neighboring habitable spaces 3, 4, such that habitants are prevented from feeling unease and a sufficient sound insulation performance is secured by the storage chamber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
