PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of simulation time by using a single matrix of state variables regardless of the number of switches owned by a power system.SOLUTION: A simulation method of a power system having one or more switches includes: a system conversion step of expressing a circuit equation indicating the equivalent circuit of the power system as a mixture logical dynamic system using logical variables indicating the opening/closing state of the switches, and converting it into a linear state equation and a linear inequality including the logical variables; an inequality arithmetic step of calculating the first state quantity of the power system on the basis of the linear inequality and the values of the logical variables; and a system arithmetic step of calculating the second state quantity of the power system on the basis of the linear state equation and the first state quantity and the values of the logical variables.
