PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel ventilation control device and a tunnel ventilation control method capable of reducing a power cost or deterioration of a ventilation facility, in performing control of "carrying out" a pollution substance in a road tunnel.;SOLUTION: A tunnel ventilation control device comprises: traffic prediction means for predicting traffic in a next control period; outflow prediction value calculation means for calculating an outflow prediction value of a pollution substance from a tunnel exit portal part in the next control period from traffic in the next control period; airflow determination means for determining a base operation airflow in the next control period of a ventilation facility for the tunnel exit portal part so that the outflow prediction value of the pollution substance is equal to or smaller than a predetermined restriction amount; and control means for controlling the ventilation facility so that airflow in the next control period becomes the airflow determined by the airflow determination means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
