PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of guiding a client device to download a file without the necessity of explicit operation from the client device, in a network device.;SOLUTION: A network device comprises: a device information acquisition unit for acquiring unique information for specifying an environment unique to a client device connected to the network device; a recommendation information acquisition unit for acquiring information on a recommendation file that is recommended to be downloaded to the client device and corresponds to the acquired unique information; and a guiding unit for, when the client device tries to connect to a network through the network device, displaying a guidance display on the client device for downloading the recommendation file to the client device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
