PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowhow visualization device capable of supporting operators by extracting operation knowhow from a history of operation data and visualizing the extracted operation knowhow for the operators in a water and sewage facility monitoring control system.SOLUTION: A knowhow visualization device 10 comprises: a narrowing part; an extraction part; and a display part. A narrowing part 11 determines to which process data collected in a water and sewage facility belongs among treatment processes in the water and sewage facility. An extraction part 12 acquires a history of operation data and process data about the determined process, extracts a state quantity corresponding to an operation quantity from the process data and generates knowhow visualization data by dividing the extracted state quantity into multiple cells on the basis of the operation quantity. The display part 13 displays the extracted knowhow visualization data as an operation knowhow.
