PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor required for a staff member in headquarters to create a report format.SOLUTION: A fetch request of a file to be used for creating a report format is received, and a layout code and header information are respectively acquired from the file name of the file and the file content, and a layout master table is searched by using a user ID and the layout code as a key, and when there exist pertinent records, the report codes of the records whose user IDs, layout codes and report weeks obtained from system dates are coincident are acquired from a report management table, and the report codes whose header names of each row are coincident among the acquired report codes are acquired from a header management table, and a report name, a reply period and a comment are acquired from the records pertinent to the acquired report codes from the report management table, and a report format is generated on the basis of the acquisition result.
