PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum insulation structure which exhibits superior insulation performance and hardly deteriorates insulation performance even when being used for a long period, and to provide an outer package bag for the vacuum insulation structure suitably used for the vacuum insulation structure.SOLUTION: A vacuum insulation structure is characterized in that an insulation material is tightly sealed and packaged by a laminated body [I] having a layer constitution of polyester type film (A)/biaxially stretched ethylene-vinyl-alcohol copolymer resin film (B)/biaxially stretched polyvinyl-alcohol type resin film (C) while the biaxially stretched polyvinyl-alcohol type resin film (C) is set as the inner side. Further, an outer package bag for the vacuum insulation structure is also provided.
