PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WC-based super hard alloy wire for a cutting tool suitable for a miniature drill, a drill and an end mill, excellent in breakage resistance with high deflection strength.;SOLUTION: There is provided WC-based super hard alloy wire having a component composition containing Co:4 to 12 mass%, Cr:4 to 12 mass% based on the Co content, or further V of 4 mass% or less of the Co content, and the balance WC with inevitable impurities for a cutting tool suitable for a miniature drill, a drill and an end mill, excellent in breakage resistance with high deflection strength as having a compressive residual stress at a position of 50% depth of the wire diameter of 100 to 500 MPa.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
