PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordinary temperature nuclear fusion reactor capable of reducing a facility cost and stabilizing operation by directly taking out an electric output of the high voltage and the high current from an ordinary temperature nuclear fusion reaction.SOLUTION: The ordinary temperature nuclear fusion reactor includes: a vessel 115 for storing electrolytic solution; an accelerating positive electrode 120 and an accelerating negative electrode 118 installed in the electrolytic solution in this vessel 115; an electrolytic positive electrode 119 and an electrolytic negative electrode (accelerating positive electrode 120) for performing preliminary electrolysis; and a positive side collector electrode (positive electrode side reference electrode 121) and a negative electrode side collector electrode (negative electrode side reference electrode 122) installed in the electrolytic solution. A preliminary electrolytic voltage is applied between the electrolytic positive electrode 119 and the electrolytic negative electrode 120 so as to perform preliminary electrolysis, and after that, an accelerating voltage is applied between the accelerating positive electrode 120 and the accelerating negative electrode 118 so as to perform an ordinary nuclear fusion, and the electric energy at this time is taken out through the positive electrode side collector electrode 121 and the negative electrode side collector electrode 122.
