PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel attachment structure which can easily attach and detach a panel without using a tool or the like, and is excellent in design, a panel removal method and a panel placing member suitable for the attachment structure.SOLUTION: A panel attachment structure comprises: a placing member 30 for placing a decoration panel 20 in a state that the decoration panel is erected; and a counter fixing metal fitting 7 which supports the upper end of the decoration panel 20 so as to be capable of lifting the decoration panel 20 placed on the placing member 30 at the external face side of a back plate 11 of a base cabinet 2. The placing member 30 is constituted of a square cylindrical main body part 31 which can place the decoration panel 30 thereon, an operation part 32 for rotationally operating the decoration panel 20 to the front side of the back plate 11 with the lower end front end edge of the main body part 31 as a pivot in a state that the decoration panel is placed on the main body part 31, and a magnet unit 33 adsorbed to a holding metal fitting 13 which is screw-fastened to a floor face. The decoration panel 20 can be easily removed by operating the operation part 32 and rotating the placing member 30.
