PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wall-thinning of cut parts, which are generated by shear die-cutting of a processed metal plate material, simply and at a low cost.;SOLUTION: A punch is penetrated into a processed material whereby a primary cut surface is formed, and further, a bent edge part, which is bent towards a direction of travel of the punch, is formed at a marginal part of the processed material facing the primary cut surface. Subsequently, the primary cut surface of the processed material is cut by a cutting die which contacts the processed material from the side opposite to the punch, and the bent edge part is deformed in a direction along which the bending is restored. Finally, a formed part is punched from the processed material by a secondary cut surface along the primary cut surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
