PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling transmission power toward a mobile station in a base station of an LTE wireless communication system.;SOLUTION: From a mobile station, channel quality index (CQI) information representing the reception signal quality of a signal transmitted from a base station at the mobile station is received, so that the CQI information is compared with a predetermined threshold. If the comparison result indicates that the CQI information is greater than the threshold, a signal transmission power value to be transmitted to the mobile station is determined to be decreased by a specified value. Based on a modulation method and a coding rate according to the CQI information, a signal to be transmitted to the mobile station is generated, so that the generated signal is transmitted to the mobile station with the determined transmission power value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
