PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect frequency deviation in a device to give a report.;SOLUTION: The frequency deviation detection system has: server means to transmit the present time; and a frequency deviation detection device. The frequency deviation detection device has: storage means which stores the present time from the server means; signal generation means which generates a clock signal in a predetermined cycle; count means which calculates a count value on the basis of the clock signal; first determination means which determines whether or not the difference between a second present time in the storage means and the present time calculated on the basis of the elapsed time calculated from the count value and the first present time in the storage means is a predetermined first threshold value or larger; second determination means which determines that a frequency deviation is generated when the elapsed time since the first present time is received from the server means is a second threshold value or lower, when the first determination means determines that the difference is the first threshold value or larger; and report means which gives a report to a monitoring device when the second determination means determines that the frequency deviation is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
