PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a plurality of micro base stations.SOLUTION: A device for controlling a plurality of micro base stations which have their respective micro base station radio coverage areas, comprises: a database 10 which stores, for each micro base station, information about a plurality of geographical locations and associated therewith radio channel information about a radio channel from the corresponding geographic location to the corresponding micro base station; and a micro base station controller 12 which receives geographical location information of a mobile station, accesses the database, identifies the micro base station having a radio channel enabling the micro base station and the mobile station to intercommunicate on the basis of the radio channel information associated with the received geographical location information, and transmits a message to the identified micro base station that instructs the identified micro base station to serve the mobile station.
