PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional structure capable of regenerating an old building, which has the risk of being turned into a bad stock incapable of being bought or borrowed, to a flexible good stock in which a person can live without anxiety and which can flexibly adapt to a change of a life style.;SOLUTION: A multifunctional structure includes: a wash stand 12, a toilet 14, a washing machine installation base 16 and a unit bath 18, which are installed in spaces surrounded by partition walls 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d and 22e, respectively; pieces 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d and 24e of storage furniture, which are installed in positions to face wall surfaces of the partition walls 22c, 22d and 22e, respectively; and structural columns 26a and 26c, and structural braces 38a, 38b, 38c and 38d, which are installed in clearances between the partition walls 22c and 22e and the pieces 24a and 24c of storage furniture, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
