PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slider assembly 14 which is used for measuring interaction force or frictional force between a sample 11 being a measurement target and the slider assembly, in which vibration of the slider assembly 14 is not caused during relative motion of the sample 11 and the slider 12, and highly accurate measurement of frictional force is made possible.;SOLUTION: In the constitution of a slider assembly 14, a through hole 15 through which the slider 12 cannot pass is opened at a position where the slider 12 is fixed, on one end of a support body 13 having spring property holding a slider 12. The slider 12 is pushed against the through hole 15 from one side of the support body 13, the inside of the hole is engaged with the surface of the slider 12, and a part of the slider 12 is allowed to protrude to the opposite side of the support body 13, and the protruded side is configured to contact a sample 11 being a measurement target.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
