PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively convert pieces of information recorded in a registration notification provided via an electronic medium from a registry office into a data to be used as a taxation material by municipal governments.SOLUTION: The registered data acquisition device is configured to establish a database by executing the steps of: determining type of the notification and a property preset in a predetermined row or column in a registration notification data from an input CSV file; referring to seven sets stored in a storage; analyzing a registration type of a set; referring to a piece of registered information with respect to analyzed registration type; analyzing a piece of information and a piece of altered information before alteration; identifying registered information data before alteration and the altered registration information data including analyzed altered information after alteration based on the determination/analysis resu and recording registration information data including the registered information data before alteration, the altered registration information data after alteration according to the item to be registered and the registration type of the register.
