PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trademark infringement detection device that enables an automatic detection of a trademark right infringement from information described on a Web page.;SOLUTION: The trademark infringement detection device comprises: a corporate article characteristic name database that is constructed by a database construction device; a reception part that receives research object trademark information having code identification information serving as information for identifying a similarity group code of a trademark and an article; a trademark similarity judgement part that performs a judgement of trademark similarity, using one or more characteristic names of the article owned by the database and the trademark owned by the research object trademark information; an article similarity judgement part that performs a judgement of article similarity, using one or more article names or one or more similarity group codes owned by the database and the code identification information owned by the research object trademark information; and an output part that outputs information relating to similarity of the trademark and similarity of the article from a judgement result of the trademark similarity judgement part and a judgement result of the article similarity judgement part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
