PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a computer program from becoming excessively complex even with an energy supply device and a control device thereof added to a system.SOLUTION: An energy supervising system 100 comprises: a site 110 which consumes energy; a first energy supply device 120 which supplies the site 110 with the energy; a first control device 130 which controls the first energy supply device 120; and a first supervising device 140 which supervises and manages a state of energy consumption or energy demand and supply at the site 110, performance of the first energy supply device 120 and the performance of the first control device 130. The energy supervising system 100 also has: a second energy supply device 150 which supplies the site 110 with the energy; a second control device 160 which controls the second energy supply device 150; and a second supervising device 170 which supervises and manages at least either the performance of the second energy supply device or the performance of the second control device on the basis of the state of the energy consumption or the energy demand and supply at the site.
