PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the existence of an odor causative material to be simply detected before an odor is generated and to provide a sampling instrument easy for collecting a specimen for a urine dirt determination without touching an excrement such as a urine by a collector.SOLUTION: A specimen sampler 11 for the urine dirt of toilet determination includes: a wiping part 12 having a plurality of wiping faces; a cap main body 15 provided with a grip part; a cap 13 provided with a support rod 16 connecting the wiping part 12 and the cap main body; and a collecting bottle 14 mountable with the cap 13 and storing dilution water W for diluting the urine wiped by the wiping part 12.
