PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen, a reflection screen unit, a video display system and a manufacturing method of a reflection screen, having high flatness, allowing formation of a large screen, and enabling excellent image display.SOLUTION: A reflection screen 20 comprises: a lens layer 23 having a lens surface 232, a non-lens surface 233, and a plurality of unit lenses 231 aligned and convex on a back side; a reflective layer 22 formed at least on the lens surface 232 and configured to reflect light; and a protective layer 21 formed on a back side of the reflective layer 22 and the lens layer 23 and configured to protect the reflective layer 22. A face 21a on the back side of the protective layer 21 has a fine irregularity on a surface thereof.
