PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of packet analysis.;SOLUTION: There is a case in which, when an acknowledge packet for a first data packet is captured, the first data packet is not captured yet and a second numeric value indicates a preceding place in order than a first numeric value. Here, the first numeric value is included in the acknowledge packet for identifying a data packet expected to be received next in a connection, and the second numeric value is included, for identification in the connection, in a second data packet captured after the acknowledge packet. If the second numeric value indicates a preceding place in order than the first numeric value, determination is made as to whether the second data packet is the first data packet captured later than the acknowledge packet. The determination is based on difference between one numeric value and another assigned, for identification by a lower-layer protocol, to the second data packet and a previous data packet captured last among data packets captured before the acknowledge packet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
