PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder sticking preventing method for a continuous casting mold capable of preventing deposition of powder on a back surface of a short side mold plate, and capable of preventing oscillation synchronization failure of the short side mold plate in continuous casting using the continuous casting mold fastening two short side mold plates 1 with two long side mold plates 4.;SOLUTION: Liquid is sprayed or gas is blown to a back surface side of a short side frame 3, especially a structure formed by a short side frame surface, a short side driving device 7 and cooling water piping 8 or the like. Thus, deposition of powder on a short side mold plate back surface can be prevented, and occurrence oscillation synchronization failure of a short side mold plate can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
