PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issue machine and the like capable of retrieving a station name including an input character and displaying the station name in a manner for an operator to easily see.;SOLUTION: A ticket issue machine includes: a reading Kana discrimination device for discriminating a frequent appearance word (Kana) and a first unknown word from a candidate station name (Kana); a character position analysis device for analyzing a position of a retrieved word included in a character string of either of the frequent appearance word (Kana) and first unknown word; a candidate station name discrimination device for discriminating a frequent appearance word, an included station name and a second unknown word from the candidate station name; and an analysis device for listing candidate station names on the basis of a first condition that is a method of listing candidate station names based on the position of the retrieved character, detecting and counting a character string common to a set of candidate station names for each frequent appearance word, included station name and second unknown word, and listing candidate station names on the basis of a second condition that is a method of listing candidate station names based on the counted number of character strings common to a set of the candidate station names.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
