The video signal processing section 8 incorporates, as an amplifier circuit for each frequency band, a CATV band amplifier circuit 81, a BS-IF band amplifier circuit 82, and a CS-IF amplifier circuit 83, and incorporates, as a power supply line for supplying power to the amplifier circuit for each frequency band, a power supply section 811, a power supply section 821 and a power supply section 831 that can be controlled independently.
