PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collective storage of electronic journal files issued on the same day in one memory medium without requiring labor of an administrator.;SOLUTION: A server calculates a total data volume of electronic journal files issued on the same day for each date for electronic journal files which have been accumulated in an accumulation unit and have not been written in any memory media, and compares the total data volume with an idle capacity of a memory medium in which data is to be written by a writing unit in chronological order of the total data volume. On the basis of the result of the comparison, the server controls the writing unit to make it write electronic journal files issued on the same date in the memory medium in chronological order of date until the idle capacity of the memory medium becomes insufficient for the total data volume.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
