PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent current switch comprising a non-induction coil using a tape-like oxide superconducting wire material and capable of making a normal conduction transition on the non-induction coil with a weak magnetic field, and a superconducting magnet device with the permanent current switch.;SOLUTION: A permanent current switch comprises: a non-induction coil 26 in which a tape-like oxide superconducting wire material 261 is wound for a plurality of layers while turning a normal direction to a radial direction; and a pair of coils 27, 28 for magnetic field application which are disposed to interpose the non-induction coil 26 therebetween. Lead wires 271 are wound around the pair of coils 27, 28 for magnetic field application, respectively, in such a manner that currents flow reversely to each other. By the flow of currents in the coils 27, 28 for magnetic field application, a cusp magnetic field is formed in such a manner that a line of magnetic force penetrates each layer (oxide superconducting wire material 261) of the non-induction coil 26 in a direction crossing a principal surface thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
