PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution capable of providing an ink which has a good color tone as an ink for black color, provides high print density, and is excellent in suppression of bronze gloss in a recorded image when various recording materials are used.;SOLUTION: There is provided a compound represented by the specified general formula (1).
