PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote disease management apparatus and a remote disease management method, and a radio sensor for accurately and efficiently managing arrhythmia of a patient with a cardiac disease.SOLUTION: A remote disease management apparatus includes: an electrocardiogram sensor unit including a primary determining unit that determines whether a measured electrocardiogram waveform is normal or not, and a transmission unit that transmits an abnormal signal of a predetermined interval if the electrocardiogram waveform is not normal; and a server including a secondary determination unit that determines a type of arrhythmia with respect to the abnormal signal.
