PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid control method flow rate control valve capable of a precise control of a flow rate.SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve 100A comprises: a bobbin 120 around which a solenoid coil 121 is wound; a plunger 140 slidably inserted in the bobbin 120; a core 130 in which an outflow port 132 where a fluid flows out is provided; a spring 160 which energizes the plunger 140 into a direction separating from the core 130; and a valve body 150A attached to the plunger 140 so as to be arranged opposing to the outflow port 132. The valve body 150A is arranged in a first position separated from the outflow port 132 during non-operation time. The plunger 140 is drawn to the core 130 side while resisting the energizing force of the spring 160 during operation, and it does not contact the core 130 in a state where the valve body 150A is in a second position closing the outflow port 132.
