PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether specific processing is necessary or not easily with high accuracy by a solidification method of soil for suppressing a fluorine elution amount of the soil which has been improved by the cementitious solidification material, while considering characteristics of the target soil.;SOLUTION: The solidification method of soil using cementitious solidification material comprises: a first step of determining whether compressive strength of a mixture of the cementitious solidification material and the soil is equal to or more than a specified number value, or not; and a second step of determining a fluorine elution amount of the soil measured in accordance with the elution test of the Environment Agency notification number 46 other than a case that an alkaline solvent is used as a solvent, is less than a specified number value, or not. In the first step, when the compressive strength of the mixture of the cementitious solidification material and the soil is equal to or more than the specified number value, or in the second step, when the fluorine elution amount of the soil is less than the specified number value, the mixture of the cementitious solidification material and the soil is not subjected to neutralization processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
