PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band assignment method and a band assignment apparatus which enhances power reduction efficiency in a power consumption reduction technique depending on the arithmetic accuracy, while reducing the number of switching times of a signal generation system.;SOLUTION: Scheduling is performed so that a group is formed according to a signal generation system (symbol modulation demodulation system or the number of valid bits of IFFT), a slot of the same time is assigned to users belonging to the same group, and the users belonging to the same group are continuous in the time direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
