PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conducting wire processing device, a conducting wire processing method, a power storage battery, and a conducting wire processing inspection device capable of improving productivity of electric components while preventing short-circuit.SOLUTION: A conducting wire processing device includes a cutting blade 32 which cuts off a positive electrode insulation coating 15 of a positive electrode conducting wire 11 and exposes a positive electrode core wire 13 to the outside between the base end and the tip of the positive electrode conducting wire 11. The cutting blade 32 includes a blade part 33 abutting on the positive electrode insulation coating 15 so as to intersect with a first direction F when cutting off the positive electrode coating 15. The blade part 33 includes a blade surface 34 facing the tip side of the positive electrode conducting wire 11 in the first direction F when cutting off the positive electrode insulation coating 15. The blade surface 34 is inclined to the tip side of the positive electrode conducting wire 11 with respect to a virtual surface S orthogonal to the first direction F.
