PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call history transmission program that does not require a dedicated terminal such as an adapter, and that is suitable to collect information helpful to determine possibility of a troublesome telephone call in addition to registration operation performed by a user, and installed in a telephone set.;SOLUTION: When a telephone set receives an incoming call, an incoming call history transmission program operating at the telephone set determines the possibility that the incoming call may be a troublesome telephone call using a telephone number list stored in the telephone set, stores information as incoming call history by adding the determination result of the possibility of the troublesome telephone call and registration operation performed by the user such as rejection or permission to incoming call information such as the telephone number of a caller, connects to a communication network at prescribed timing, and performs processing to transmit the incoming call history to a telephone number management server managing a telephone number list used for the determination of a troublesome telephone call.
