BUILDING MONITORING SYSTEM, BUILDING MONITORING DEVICE AND BUILDING MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system saving labor related to meter replacement processing.;SOLUTION: A building monitoring device includes: a user interface section which forms a GUI environment through a display; an acquisition section which acquires a count value of a meter from a controller; and a transmission section which transmits the acquired count value to an upper level management device. The user interface section displays a first icon on the display before replacement processing of an old meter to be replaced. The acquisition section acquires an integrated count value of the old meter when the first icon is clicked. The user interface section displays a second icon different from the first icon on the display when the integrated count value of the old meter is acquired. The acquisition section acquires an integrated count value of a new meter after replacement when the second icon is clicked. The transmission section transmits the acquired integrated count value of the old meter and the acquired integrated count value of the new meter to the upper level management system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
