PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional network structure which eliminates finishing in a post process, improves the degree of arrangement, can cope with irregular shapes, and improves durability, and to provide an apparatus for producing the three-dimensional network structure.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional network structure 1 is produced by using a thermoplastic resin as a raw material or main raw material and has a plate form in which a plurality of filaments are spirally and randomly entangled and partially heat-bonded with each other. The density of either surface side of at least three or four surfaces of the outer periphery of the three-dimensional network structure is preferably lower than that of a part excluding the surface side. Flaky materials or chip-like material of PET bottles are used as the thermoplastic resin raw material or main raw material. PET bottles are pulverized as they are, and melted into a flake form, which is adapted to the age of promoting the recycling and can effectively reduce waste disposal cost.
