PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety evaluation device in a seismic isolation architectural structure that can obtain accelerations at two positions on a foundation and in an upper structure with one accelerometer and can accurately evaluate the safety of the seismic isolation architectural structure.;SOLUTION: On one of a foundation 5 and an upper structure 6, an accelerometer 8 for detecting the acceleration on the installation side is installed. Non-installation-side behavior estimating means 10A estimates, by calculation, the other acceleration on the basis of the measured value by the accelerometer 8. Safety evaluating means 10B evaluates the safety of a seismic isolation architectural structure 1 on the basis of the acceleration on the installation side detected by the accelerometer 8 and the acceleration on the non-installation side estimated by the non-installation-side behavior estimating means 10A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
