PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk discrimination method capable of discriminating with high accuracy even when there is a positional deviation of a pattern with respect to a center of a disk.;SOLUTION: The disk discrimination method prepares a reference image corresponding to a reference disk, acquires a captured image by capturing one surface of a disk to be discriminated, compares an image to be discriminated based on the captured image with the reference image, and discriminates the authenticity of the disc to be discriminated. The disk discrimination method compares a first image to be discriminated based on the captured image of the disk to be discriminated with the reference image, compares a plurality of second images to be discriminated which are equivalent to images obtained by rotating the first image to be discriminated at a plurality of different rotation angles with the reference image, compares a plurality of third images to be discriminated which are obtained by moving the first or the second image to be discriminated in parallel by a coordinate conversion with the reference image, and discriminates the authenticity of the disk to be discriminated from the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
