PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an evaluation reference using information on a local area to have a local threshold in an object region extraction in creating a three-dimensional data model by medical image data, thereby determining whether it is an object or a non-object by approaching the feature distribution of an actual organism.SOLUTION: In a first process, an image composition means is operated to distinguish an extract image where a part is extracted and an extract original image in a sectional image unit of an organism by different colors and compose the same. In a second process, image correction means is operated to specify an additional portion or a delete portion with reference to an original image concerning a display image on a computer screen composed in the first process, and output a corrected image where the information is reflected on the extract image. In a third process, three-dimensional data output means is operated to select the image of the extract part created by the second process according to surgical contents of a simulation object and stack the composition image obtained by composition in the sectional image unit of the organism to be output as three-dimensional data.
