PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture both high-quality stereoscopic dynamic image and plane dynamic image by one imaging element.SOLUTION: An imaging element comprises: a semiconductor substrate in which a plurality of pixels are arranged in a two-dimensional array, and a first group pixel configured by pixel rows of one of odd-numbered rows or even-numbered rows and a second group pixel configured by the other pixel rows of the odd-numbered rows or the even-numbered rows are arranged in horizontal and vertical directions while being shifted by a half of a pixel pitch; and a Bayer array color filter RGB laminated on the first group pixel and a Bayer array color filter rgb laminated on the second group pixel. Each pixel of the first group pixel and a pixel obliquely adjacent to the pixel and belonging to the second group pixel on which the color filter of the same color as the pixel is laminated make a pixel pair. Among the pixel pairs, a pixel pair corresponding to a 2n+1 (n=1, 2, ...) interval in the horizontal and vertical directions is configured by phase difference detection pixels.
