PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and the like with which to further conveniently and effectively make use of prepaid cards.;SOLUTION: A prepaid-style payment medium issuance device includes: means for storing information on a bank account that a shop that sells a prepaid-style payment medium uses; means for receiving holder data that consists of prepaid-style payment medium identification information and information on a customer to hold the prepaid-style payment medium, a bank account that the customer uses and money transfer amounts, from a device that the shop uses; means for creating money transfer request data with which to transfer the money transfer amounts from the customer's bank account; means for storing balance management data that consists of the prepaid-style payment medium identification information and account transfer total amount data that is the sum of the money transfer amounts; means for receiving prepaid-style payment medium usage data that consists of the prepaid-style payment medium identification information and data on an amount spent on the prepaid-style payment medium, from the device that the shop uses; means for subtracting the amount spent on the prepaid-style payment medium from the account transfer total amount included in the balance management data; and means for creating money transfer request data with which to transfer the amount spent on the prepaid-style payment medium to the bank account that the shop uses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
