PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve availability of a plant while keeping soundness of a moisture separation heater and a low pressure turbine.;SOLUTION: In accordance with the preferred embodiment, an application method for a plurality of moisture separation heaters has a step S1100 for separating an abnormal state occurrence heater at the first moisture separation heater and a step S1300 for separating adjoining heaters in a system including the first and second moisture separation heaters. In addition, the application method for a plurality of moisture separation heaters has a step S1500 for separating another MSH heater in the second moisture separation heater and a step S1700 for separating another MSH adjoining heaters.
