HANDLING SYSTEM FOR POWER DISTRIBUTION FOR EVACUATION BASED ON PREDICTION OF TSUNAMI OCCURRENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling system for power distribution for evacuation based on a prediction of tsunami occurrence so that evacuation to a high tsunami evacuation place and maintaining of the evacuation state for more than a constant period of time are made safe and sure at any time without being influenced by an earthquake.;SOLUTION: Power distribution necessary at a place of evacuation is executed by having information transmitted to a specified department through a satellite based on tsunami occurrence prediction information from meteorological agency and then transmitting a power distribution command by a radio communication means to the place of evacuation where a state of being capable of constant power distribution with a power storage function is secured by a constant operation based on a confirmed result after confirming the occurrence of the tsunami as final information in the specified department.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
