PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user support server etc. which is used for service provision on a network and can easily build an environment in which speedy and appropriate user support is possible.;SOLUTION: A user support server connected to a user terminal device of a user who uses an application screen on a network and to an operator terminal device of an operator who answers inquiry from a user comprises an inquiry information notification unit which receives user's identification information and location information of the application screen, and generates a screen to notify the operator of the inquiry when inquiry operation is performed to the application screen displayed on the user terminal device, and an answer support unit which displays user's information and the application screen on the operator terminal on the basis of the user's identification information and the location information when answering operation is performed to the screen displayed on the operator terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
