PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assembly process in which stationary and orbiting scroll blades of a pump are angularly aligned.SOLUTION: An angular synchronization of stationary and orbiting plate scroll blades in a scroll pump using a metallic bellows includes: a step of placing a first end (251) of a metallic bellows (250) against a back surface of a plate of an orbiting plate scroll (230) having an orbiting scroll blade (231) protruding from a front surface of the plate, and fixing the first end of the metallic bellows to the orbiting plate scroll; a step of placing a second end (252) of the metallic bellows (250) against an inner surface of a frame (210); a step of establishing a predetermined angular alignment between the frame (210) and the orbiting plate scroll (230); a step of subsequently fixing a second end (252) of the bellows (250) to the frame (210); and a step of fixing a stationary plate scroll (220) having a stationary scroll blade (221) to the frame (210) in a predetermined angular alignment with the frame (210) and such that the stationary scroll blade (221) faces the orbiting scroll blade (231) in a radius direction.
