PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type floor heating system capable of supplying a proper heat quantity according to heat storage performance, and a control method of the heat storage type floor heating system.SOLUTION: A heat storage type floor heating system includes: a temperature setting unit 31 for setting a target temperature for a room; a temperature measurement unit 32 for measuring a measurement temperature in the room; and a comparison unit 21 for comparing the target temperature with the measured temperature, and calculating a value of the measured temperature minus the target temperature. If the value calculated by the comparison unit 21 is greater than a heat medium supply threshold which is a predetermined threshold, the heat storage type floor heating system sets a predetermined time as a heat medium supply stop time.
