PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg antibody inclusion candy in which activity lowering of an egg antibody (IgY) is suppressed; and a production method of the egg antibody inclusion candy.;SOLUTION: An egg antibody inclusion candy includes: an outer layer part that at least includes sugar, and starch syrup; and an inner nuclear part that at least includes sugar, starch syrup, and an egg antibody (IgY), and that is covered by the outer layer part. Provided is a production method of the egg antibody inclusion candy that includes: the outer layer part that at least includes sugar, and starch syrup; and the inner nuclear part that at least includes sugar, starch syrup, and an egg antibody (IgY), and that is covered by the outer layer part.
