PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed information management system capable of quickly executing processing relating to validity verification of distributed information.;SOLUTION: A distributed information management device 10 includes a code information generation unit and a distributed information generation unit which generate a GF(2^m) conversion table and a generating polynomial from an m-th order irreducible polynomial of which the order is a bit length m representing elements of an extension of a Galois field by vector representation, and exponentials of elements α of the m-th order irreducible polynomial. The distributed information generation unit includes a distributed information generation function of generating a plurality of pieces of distributed information from secret information, a code conversion function of converting each piece of distributed information to an exponential representation of GF(2^m) by using the GF(2^m) conversion table, a verification information generation function of dividing each piece of distributed information converted to the exponential representation by the generating polynomial to generate verification information, and a distributed information linking function of linking the distributed information and the verification information to generate linked distributed information.
