PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total heat-transfer-type ventilator to be used for family use and business use, having high total heat transfer efficiency and preventing performance degradation by condensation.;SOLUTION: A film 12 for total heat-transfer elements comprises a synthetic resin film base material 15 which is formed many through-holes 16 by pulling to the opposite sides, and a hydrophilic macromolecule compound 17 which is filled in the through-holes 16 of the synthetic resin film base material 15. In a circumference edge of at least one through-hole 16 of the synthetic resin film base material 15, small tear edges 18 and about arc big tear edges 19 which are formed by pulling the synthetic resin film base material 15 to the opposite sides exist.
