PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine used for treatment and/or prevention of bleeding in human.SOLUTION: A medicine includes an adrenaline receptor agonist (a sympathomimetic agonist having hemostasis promotion activity) selected from a group consisting of adrenaline, noradrenaline, or the like is systemically administrated by parenteral administration at 0.1 to 100 micro gram/kg. In addition, the medicine can be used with an antifibrinolytic agent such as tranexamic acid, aprotinin, or aminocaproic acid. The systemic administration of the sympathomimetic agonist such as adrenaline and noradrenaline at a low dose (100 to 1000 times lower than a dose in conventional treatment for cardiac arrest and anaphylactic shock) causes systemic activation of coagulation system, prevents side effects canceling the benefit of the treatment such as blood pressure elevation or increase of blood loss from injured blood vessels and thereby reduces bleeding and/or the risk of bleeding.
